Flow Motion is such a hidden gem in the Bellingham/Ferndale area! Visited the first time after a stressful week of classes and my stress was instantly gone after three hours of relaxation there. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, there’s a complimentary hot tea bar, and the set up is so unique and beautiful unlike anywhere else I’ve been! The amethyst cave and the salt cave is an added benefit which adds even more to the entire experience. 10000/10 recommend and would give 500 stars if I could! ❤️

This place is such a hidden gem that I almost selfishly don’t want to get popular because it provided me that much peace and tranquility when I went for my first time. My husband and I went in the weekend after our wedding for our mini honeymoon to relax and unwind with a couples massage which was amazing btw and were pleased to know they also offered a day spa package that comes with access to their library for reading, massage chairs, sauna, salt and amethyst room. The staff was also so kind and accommodating to us! We can’t wait to come back and visit again. Hopefully to check out a yoga class next 😊

I coordinated a spa day for my sister-in-law’s bridal shower, and was looking for a local spa that could provide a a few healing experiences in a relaxing, clean environment. We’d heard great things about Flow Motion’s Himalayan salt and amethyst caves and were excited to check them out. I researched several options in the area and decided on Flow Motion because of their unique space and offerings. I chose their spa pass from 1-4 pm on a Saturday for a group of eight. This allowed us to freely wander their two beautiful caves, infrared sauna, zero gravity massage chair lounge, library/relaxation area with aromatherapy and tea, and parlor for three hours. We added on an hour-long group sound healing from 4-5. This entire afternoon was absolutely incredible. The group had such a good time exploring the healing spaces, and the sound healing was amazing. We left feeling revitalized, nourished, and deeply relaxed. I slept great that night, too! Beyond the wonderful spa day itself, the owner Alyssa and Client Concierge Abby went above and beyond to make this bridal shower experience incredibly special, tailored to our group’s needs, and excellent from beginning to end. I really appreciated the attention to detail, care, and intentionality their team put into making all aspects of our spa day lovely and stress-free. Don’t let the outside of this historic building fool you! Once inside, you’re transported to a peaceful, healing oasis, filled with a variety of “zen’ed out” spaces and thoughtful touches. The parlor is also a beautiful place for a meal. Alyssa and Abby helped me find just the right food options for our group (beautiful charcuterie trays, salads, and a couple desserts!). The group sound healing was also incredible! Everyone felt so comfortable and relaxed - several fell asleep and woke up totally refreshed! I would definitely recommend that add-on. I had the pleasure of experiencing a variety of treatments at Flow Motion, including a visit to the salt cave, the infrared sauna, an amethyst cave, a full-body massage chair, and time in the social lounge, complete with a cup of tea. The salt cave was nothing short of breathtaking. I was genuinely moved by its beauty and serenity. Both the salt cave and the amethyst cave created an otherworldly atmosphere, transporting me to a place of deep relaxation. The infrared sauna was a fantastic experience. Typically, I tend to overheat easily, but the infrared heat provided all the benefits without making me uncomfortable. The social lounge was a luxurious space with a touch of antique charm. It was filled with intricate details that added to the overall experience. It was a delightful place to relax and explore, making my visit all the more enjoyable. The owner provided friendly customer service that made me feel right at home. Their attention to our needs and comfort was evident and greatly appreciated. The spa's cleanliness was impeccable. Everything smelled wonderful and looked pristine. The individual lockers and the option to change into slip-on sandals to keep the space free of outside dirt were thoughtful touches. Having robes for transitioning between treatments added to the overall convenience and comfort. Flow Motion Spa provided an exceptional and rejuvenating experience. The combination of unique amenities, a beautiful environment, friendly service, and impeccable cleanliness made for a truly memorable visit. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and eager to return for another visit. I would rate my experience at Flow Motion Spa as 5 out of 5 stars. It exceeded my expectations in every aspect and provided a much-needed escape from the stresses of daily life. I wholeheartedly recommend this spa to anyone seeking a luxurious and peaceful retreat.
